These 20 days working with MTV INDIA’S NEXT TOP MODEL’S was an experience ,worth sharing and so let me tell you about the behinds the scene action that go on before we finally air the show on television ,There is a lot of co-ordination thats needs to be looked into ,right from the production team to knowing exactly how many cameras would be needed for the show,the sound for input and output ,and that’s not all what time shift is needed ?,will it be a 12 hour shift if its 12 hour shift ,when does it start .The co-odination for the guest judges ,what time is the car needed to be sent ,what time are the expected to arrive ,what are their requirements ,also the co-ordination for the lighting where does the light needed to be placed ,how light is needed for the perfect shots ,the costumes colours that might or might not suit the background ,The size and design for the setting for the art direction team to make the sets where the maths that you learnt comes in use .If you thought this is all ?think again ,the number of people today on the sets required are from caterers for food to analyzing the, cost to be added on daily bases with cancellation of any shoot ,These are the few of the points .But the most important ones are Time management to get things rolling on time and not just getting blank footage of nothing happening to the rehearsals to get the perfect output .And now here it comes the most basic requirement which we keep hearing wheres the script ? A script to outline exactly whats happened in the day and dialogues to have the catch phrases for the challenges being summarized .Oh!!! how could I forget this the moments of all the shoots being stalled for conflicts of interest just because we hit the wrong notes!! any guesses what this is ? EGO ,yes being egoistic for all the wrong reasons ,oh!! might be the right reason for the one who felt hurt .If you are egoistic you cannot be in this field because here ,we are a team working to live one mans dream .
And to conclude all that glitters is not gold ,and being transparent and having effective communication skills are much needed here .

Friendship !!
Making a friend ,these days has become easier than ever before, and boasting of having X number of friends on a particular social networking site or on some photo sharing app and many other places has made it clear that we have quite a large number of friends wherever we go .
Some of us are so friendly that we can just make friends every second… while travelling ,on the job and just a place where we visit frequently But have we every given a though to maintaining friendship? ..in the true “sense of friendship ” has there been anyone who you must be friends with but find it taxing to keep your friendship and you’d rather keep in touch with them whenever you have a ” job needed to be done “and even if you have to do it or done it in the past don’t you find it challenging to maintain this friendship and do we as people seriously maintain our childhood friendships,school friends or college friends because we want to be with them or we have to do it because they have been part of us while we were growing up ?
Can we ever maintain friendship with the friends we made ?
Can friendship with a friend who we meet after years , start from the same point and can everything still remain the same after the gap ?
Is making new friends the way of showing off how popular we are amongst the group ?or is it a way to avoid maintaining friendship with the old ones by making them jealous of your social circle .
Is making new friends more important than maintaining your friendship ties ?

Sibling rivalry or love ?
Today I just came across an interesting thought while sipping my coffee ,and overheard two people speak about…. How having a sibling (sister) can make any difference when it comes to behaving in front of a girl.,it’s a little difficult for me to write this because I have a sibling (sister) and don’t know how living without one would be like, but all I can say it’s a little easy to understand the other girls because I live with my sister ,I know you would say nobody can understand a girl but you can surely understand them a little better, about their
emotional needs and what they might like or dislike ,when is it a good time to speak to them and when to leave them ,it take years but I have grown up with my sister and her friends so I can understand what it might be like to be a guy with a sibling and understand the other girls .also a sibling (sister ) can give you a foundation of how to behave in front of girls
Imagine not having a sister just makes me wonder that I might just be a little more shy than I am now ,a little less confident and nervous when taking to girls

Child Abuse is killing our children
Child abuse is a very broad term that is categorized into a few segments with physical, emotional and psychological trauma. It seems to be commonly associated within countries in Asia and even more in India, but why is child abuse like an epidemic in this world. Why are we people muted about abusing children? Will we see emotional abuse only a sign of growing up or are we really ever willing to give some time to the children to really understand them, to help them get out of this pain that can follow them through their entire life. Do we see the act of bulling a way of life in schools? Are we not are of the extent of harm that is caused by children who emotionally and physical abuse their fellowmates. They are doing in under the influence of their environment and the influences of society and media. But why should other children become the victims of their negative influences. As citizens, parents, brothers and sisters, why are we so ignorant about the abuse faced by children while they are growing up? Did we go through it that we also want are children to go through it? Are we taking it for granted that child abuse is way of life? Are we so uneducated or rather uncivilized? Is child abuse somewhere down responsible for a child being differentiated from being an extrovert to an introvert? Can child abuse affect the level of confidence in his or her professional life? Can Child abuse be a reason for broken love affairs or marriages with dysfunctional relationships?
Child abuse can effect a person life so much that it can virtual kill its inner self and overcoming can take a complete lifetime because past isn’t forgotten easily… it leaves its deep imprints! So lets not take our children for granted… lets not take our own selves for granted. What we speak of today will instill confidence in our own selves and in our family and in the society by and large. If you disagree to anything I say then simply go down you memory lane!

We are never too young nor to old to fall in love, but are always only a little confused when in love because of our own inner conflicts. Thus the best way to describe such a state of romance is through the age-old anecdote “love is blind “. But love cannot be always blind, cause one partner will always get an awakening to realize whether it is love indeed or plain infatuation. Love grows with time and only time can answer this mysterious question. So should we be practical while failing in love with somebody or should simply follow our heart to search for the big answer:
