Bryan Adams:The Ultimate Tour 2018 !!

Bryan Adams:The Ultimate Tour 2018  last night was my 1st ever concert With this big magnitude ever attended in my life.

Bryan Adams as a personality had some super energy and a great sense of humour. 

The complete production -The synchronisation of the video to his performance was conceptualised interestingly. 

The in between act of singing songs randomly to get the audience attention.

The performances on the guitar by the man himself was like something never seen before.

The humming of songs of his greatest hits by the audience was a great vibe to witness. 

The Band member was in-tune with Bryan Adams and occasionally outperformed Bryan.The weather was so humid,the sweat was dripping through the ninety minute he performed. Traffic to reach the venue was crazy enough to cover 1 km distance in 90 minutes…It took longer to reach the venue then the duration of the artist performance. 

Being his 5th Tour in India so far.There is hardly any doubt that India isn’t his favourite country to perform.

1994 was the first time ever Bryan Adams came to India,Mumbai and performed. 

And sharing anecdotes of his first visit to the fifth one last night.

It’s been 24 years since then and he has already performed 4 more times here. May be it’s the classical and hits of mid 90s and early 00s that keep our audience in India hungry and asking for more. 

Trivia:

1.Keith Scott Adam’s guitarist has been with him  since 1979 -that’s 40 years since they have been together.

2.Summer of 69 passes as a Hindi song in India.

3.Everything I do for you one of his biggest hit was written for 1991 movie Robin Hood:Prince of thieves.But didn’t become part of it.

4.He is not just a singer but a professional photographer.Published a book in 2013 wounded:The Legacy of War.And shoots for fashion magazines.

5.One of the photos of queen Elizabeth was used a Canadian stamp in 2003.

6.He himself has also being part of Canadian  stamp collection in 2009.

7.He signed his first contract at $1 in 1978.

8.Summer of 69 is not about the year but about the sex position.

The Coffee Experience!

Syphon – A tube used to convey liquids upwards from a reservoir and then down to a lower level of its own accord.

Once the liquid has been flown into the tube typically by suction or immersion flow continues unaided.

Now imagine-This is a coffee making method in Japan known as Siphon coffee Which was invented in 1840 by a French housewife and a Scottish marine engineer -Marie Fanny Amelne Massot of Lyons of France known as Mme. The design was initially known as Vasseiux -Two glass balloons shaped held together (The same design is the Siphon coffee makers we know today )At the same time Scottish marine engineers was working on his version which was known as Napier coffee pot which was awarded by the  institution of mechanical engineers in 1856.

The syphon is becoming so popular around the world -Every coffee shop has it on their menu today.On my Recent visit to the Coffee Di Bella Exclusive outlet.

I couldn’t resist trying out the syphon and while my cousin too was on a coffee date with me.We ordered the Syphon and

The whole coffee making process  was made interesting by Jaykrut from

coffee Di Bella who was very enthusiastic about us two braving the rains and walking into the coffee shop for the cinematic coffee experience .

The phrase there isn’t any business like show business holds true for this coffee making  method.

Water is poured into one glass that’s at the bottom.

Cut to :

The burner it could a manual or electric burner.(The one which you get part of the kit is a Manual one) is lit and you could see the water boiling.

Long shot :

The coffee  grounds are poured and the glass is pressed down (Those familiar with French press coffee technique) and the coffee grounds get mixed with the waters and the coffee is now getting brewed.

And is ready to be served  a minute later.

Enjoy the cup of coffee with cookies.

Is this beach or a dumping ground for plastic?

Its one of the most famous beach of Mumbai ,and its in the suburb of Mumbai ,its also seen as a tourist attraction for many ,for the locals as well as visitor .Its also one of the places visited by most people on the weekend Sunday being the most crowded day.

Here celebraties,Dogs and people go for there morning or evening walks ,mostly the one’s who stay in the area .

But ,Now on my recent visit to the beach I felt I was walking in a plastic dump yard .

right from the entrance to the end of the beach there is only plastic everywhere , you don’t even know whether its the same beach where you would walk,Run,play cricket,volleyball,football or catch catch for that matter .Its highly disappointing to see a recreational site to be harmed with plastic all over .(see the image below)Imagethrough this post,I would like to create the awareness for difference its high time ,that we start caring for our environment and most importantly the beach because of the plastic its become unhygienic and with this the pets are falling ill .Also there are just one tractor cleaning the mess ,there should be just a few to keep tractor and helper who have the responsibility to keep the beach clean .

Public Transport

How important is the public transport   facilities?

Living in metro city and traveling to other Metro cities in india like Delhi,Bangalore,Chennai,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Pune

and to Global metro cities like  London,Paris,New York.I have found that The most important  part of living remains the public transport.

Imagine how easy! you find it travelling from one point to another,Without worrying about where would I park,The timing of parking at “No Parking” Zone to day when one could park at the “No Parking “ Zone. To worrying about the fuel tank,Whether its Half Full,Half empty or reaching the E mark.

To worrying about getting a parking space.

Mind you Even in NYC! You have to wait to get one parking lot for your car.

Worrying about the servicing cost for your vecihiles.

Wouldn’t you like to be chauffered around in a car of your choice everyday! To not worrying about Starting your car and taking a rickshaw to the station for longer journeys.

But,Only if this could be improved in the other metro cities of our country, would it be easier to travel around and have the traffic flow smoothly too. Why can’t buses in our country run on the routes with an assigned timetable. A.C buses could be priced reasonably to encourage people to use them.

Why are cities like london and new York a breeze to move around. And Guess  What. Most of  these cities citizen  don’t even own a single car. All they use is Buses,Train,Metro,Subways to commute around.

Then why can’t this be done here in our country?

Taftoon- Bar &Kitchen review

Tatftoon Derived from the Persian word meaning “burning” is a catchy name and foodies delights it’s non-Vegetarian offering are very delicious and it doesn’t disappoint you at all

The New restaurant in town was a mighty surprise from the Restauraner of Haqq Se and Oye Kake.A complete makeover in terms of the interiors. Very modern feel.The moment you step in,You wonder are you in an indian food restaurant or have you come to an Asian food restaurant.

The colour combination of the door with the green door and blue side walls is very appealing and welcoming the green tiles as soon as you enter are a good welcome.Could easily become the selfie wall .

The whole feel is warm and welcoming.

The food the Gulati Kebas served on coin parathas with banana leafs on the bottom is very delicious.

But,The signature dish here would be the chicken Harrisa. Small size Roti with stuffed chicken and Harrisa a must try.
