Safety in India

Just read an article today morning on the safety in India ,and a paragraph had a sentence that was too shocking ,and it’s was about how a car was stopped for ..WEARING a SEAT BELT ,by none other than the cops and the cop was curious to know and i don’t know if he has realised it how stupid was he to remark why have you worn a seat belt?and told him that here in Jaipur there haven’t yet enforced this law and asked ,to just unfasten and relax .this is where India is today .

Lets start cortana !!!

The cortana is named after the popular Microsoft game character halo .its the Microsoft answer to the Siri and Google now ,it’s interesting to know its loaded with features that might just make people consider their decision to buy a windows phone .
It’s got features like .you can use the command voice for alarms ,calendar and one of the striking features is once you land in Mexico the cortana would display the currency ,take you to an app for translation English -Spanish and show you a map of the airport .
It also warns you if your flight is delayed,and if there would be crazy traffic and you need to leave early .
Oops !!!

Mein Tera hero

On the night of 3rd April ,I had seen mein Tera hero ,a comedy by David dhawan starring ,Varun dhawan ,nargis fakhri and ilena d cruze ,it was an overall entertaining film ,like a typical David dhawan film with confusion all around that makes you laugh at silly jokes ,the music was catchy and a love story that was entertaining. Dialogues from quite a few popular Bollywood movies being used in the film ,the actors Varun dhawan was looking slightly old ,the character of him being a college student was mistaken by styling him with clothes which made him look older than a college student.He acted well too ,being his 2nd film and the first one on the lines of masala entertainment was good .And nargis fakhri performance was pretty ok ..ilena was good .

Is 16 really sweet for Indians in India ?

Was just browsing online for a thought on 16th birthday and felt that
16 is such a overrated birthday in India ,I mean if you are 16 here nothing changes .you just become a year older ,where as in the west ,16 is celebrated as a landmark birthday because you get your official driving license ,you are off to university and leaving your house to become much more independent ,where as in India you get the driver license at 18,get to vote at 18 and you are still quite dependent and not independent .
So is 16 really a landmark birthday for the Indians in India ? Or is it 18 that counts here .And 16 is considers sweet that it.

The show!!!

So ,I am in my home town today and there is a jewellery show organised to celebrate their first anniversary ,so we leave at 6:30 since the timing were 6-8 mentioned on the invite ,at the venue and just a couple of us ,and the host hasn’t come yet ,we waited ,waited and at 8 pm the show finally started and the anchor was a little off track,the music was managed well and the jewellery couldn’t be seen ,the outfits itself were so heavy ,I guess they got confused between a fashion and jewellery show .also the model were more confident then the host herself .the people in the city really don’t have sense of humour.
