Note from foodmart supermarket!!

We are open

We are trying our best to serve you, The Daily needs you require to get through your days When you are at home and no hope of going into your favourite restaurants or not sure about the hygiene the restaurants would be maintaining to deliver your food.

So please keep in mind – We are convincing our staff every day to come to work to fulfil your needs, Yes they fear about their lives too.

The things they do:

1. The first thing in the morning they do is clean the counter, Where your goods will be placed for billing,

2. after each and every Bill, Sanitize their hands even after they have taken the cash bills.

3. They too wear a mask to protect themselves from the customers coming day in & day out.

Yes, They realise the effort you guys take to come shopping, But merely coming to take an item to two baffles them on a daily basis because this is a serious pandemic.

And it would be better to take your daily needs for a week, ten days or even for a month and stay home.

We understand You like to come out and take a stroll at the store as that’s the only place to go. But, if that’s only your reason for coming out. You are scaring them to come and serve your needs every day.

As they are exposed to more people in a day than you would otherwise would me meeting.

They too aren’t appreciated they way they should be. And so in case you are being told to keep distance or have been refused to enter because you aren’t wearing a mask. Please don’t take that to heart.

Be thankful and grateful for the safety measures we are have reinforced.

What the customers need to keep in mind.

Why are artist important?

Artist are the only who you turn to when you need a change.
When you are sad and low you would like forward to hear something that makes you happy.
When you are looking for inspiration, You again turn towards music.
When you are looking for a story or want to know somebody better you look towards reading books and try finding the missing pieces of your life or your story.
You are looking and are trying to live the life of that character by becoming part of his world.
When You are in the mood of a good laugh or suddenly burst out with tears after you watching a scene or the movie.
When you are starting at the painting or drawing to express Wow! So beautiful.
And now when the World has come to a standstill it’s these artists through their Music, Stories, Movies and Art are keeping us entertained and alive with hope that life would be back to normal.
It’s the artist who we criticise, who we too have in our inner-self but don’t want to explore or are parents who don’t us to explore that side of ours.
Now it’s high-Time we encourage more artist to be part of this world. Because it’s them who keep us entertained always.
And with so many uncertainties in life.
And not knowing what’s happen’s tomorrow
Let’s all be bold and live our dreams.

Coronavirus #Stayathome

Sitting at home! And staring at the window and at the opposite building ( my neighbours on the other side) who I haven’t met at all are suddenly visible to be. I guess they were hiding all this while! Wait! This is the Lockdown! The Coronavirus lockdown.
Wait! This is serious. This blog is about whether it’s better to be an adult or a child at this time?
Think about it. Schools are shut! You are back home not for the summer break you thought that started early. But to be grounded at home alone. I mean totally alone with your parents, grandparents and sibling if you have one.
Now you would watch T.V all day! But here you are bored to death and don’t know where to begin, Then all you think is Eat.Eat.Eat. Food. Food.Food.
You don’t have any homework to do but now if you are an adult you are now either working from home or doing “homework”in it’s the most literal way.
You are all by yourself! You are back home or home and can’t socialise with friends in the evening or go for coffee. At least you would have little patience to deal with the worst-case scenario or the situation we are in.
But, The kid would be restless, because of energy within him.
He is all by himself playing catch, catch with a ball against the wall, but still sitting home.
And considering summer vacations would have begun a little later- Now they have a vacation of 14-15 weeks! That’s crazy! Without doing much all these days!
So as an adult, you can understand and be patient. As adults, you have Understanding and the control over your emotions rather than a child who would be losing it all.

Jodhpur

My first visit to Jodhpur was in 2018 and on my first visit I hardly had any time to absorb the place .it was a short Work trip and 2019 was back on the second visit- It was more or less the same but had visited more streets rather than the usual route hotel to venue and now on the third visit in 2020 I finally visited a tourist site and our venue for one of the wedding function (Mehrangarh Fort) The Venue the fort was fifteen to twenty minutes from any of the hotels out there and the walk up to the fort is “uphill task” Concreate steps with the structure around like the typically Rajasthan architecture, the small windows and curve and tomb designs framework when you walk up to the rampart. A Panoramic photography viewpoint – You can See the City from this point and see those Blue Houses Jodhpur is known as the Blue City of India.

You can also see Umaid Bhavan Palace from here and that’s not all if you climb and go to the concert area – This is where the sangeet function was held you will find another viewpoint – Where you can capture and experience the Sunset. There are only two things to see in Jodhpur, the Fort, Umaid Bhavan Palace and the local market for Traditional Rajasthan souvenirs and local Rajasthan Cuisine.

It wasn’t just the Mehrangarh fort that one of the only touristy outing, But witnessed a Polo match that was organised between Two teams (Bride & Groom ) 7 minutes each and there are four Chakkars – A Game last for Twenty Minutes with each team trying to score a goal by knocking the ball in the goal post that is placed on either side of the ground.

Must try the Janta Kachori – A Traditional snack fried stuffed with onion paste at one of the oldest places and Visit the Mehran Café at the Fort.

Self Isolation – Coronavirus!

It isn’t something that isn’t new anymore in the digital age!
But, When you are forced to be self-isolated all of a sudden. That’s the challenge.
And what does one really do in self- isolation?
  • You can look for self-improvement.
  • Exercise – Start with a routine which you can follow (Push-ups, Planks and crunches, Meditation, Breathing)and stretches at home.
  • Read – If you always wanted to read that favourite book or start reading- Now is a perfect time – You can read books on kindle or subscribe on Magzter for all the popular magazines and newspaper and Flipboard for all interesting articles.
  • Write – Start writing a diary, notes of what was the unexpected or expected that happened today.
  • Draw – If you were always interested in Art than now explore that side.
  • Cook & Bake – Learn to make your favourite things at home. https://www.youtube.com/user/BonAppetitDotCom
  • Learn – Something online that you would like to know more about. – You can lookup https://www.coursera.org/ & https://www.edx.org/  you can also learn a language https://www.duolingo.com/
  • Social Media – Now is the perfect time to start your own online channel and share what you know.
  • Watch Movies & Tv show – Netflix, Hotstar, Prime Play,zee5, Balaji Alt MUBI and Ted Talks
