Industrial Visit !!

Industrials visits,I don’t know why , people don’t enjoy these Vists. The Visits are so interesting they give you an insight of an experience, that would only make you feel if you would experience it “Really” and not “virtually” Industrial visits for me have always been About the “HOW” which most of the time turns out to be “WOW” right from the “Cola Cola “factory visit, the “Hercules”Bicycle visit,”Sula” winery visit to the most recent “SkyBags” Bags visit. But,Yet most of us don’t look forward to these visits. All of these visit have only made me learn that we often relate a product to a brand and not the object itself.

Example You would be more interested in knowing how a Cadbury is made rather than a regional brand. The experience was also a learning about how the price of a product is strategically priced based on the “Brand Value” one perceive and the the customers are the ones who associate one self with the particular brand. All products are created by a team who we don’t even bother knowing about. But,are concerned about the brand we own or carry. The brands are nothing but the Labels one relates to their personality or role model.

The process of the designing and manufacturing the Backpack, Is also giving employment opportunities to a whole lot who aren’t even recognised for the efforts they have given to produce something that one aspires to own one day.

Mughal-E-Azam The Musical !!!

Come 2016…After 55 years since its original Release,10 years after its Re-release now comes the “Musical Play “ and the show just wants you to have more and more of the specular show. The sets and The lights, the actors and re-creation of everything from the original was a feast to watch.

I remember,Watching the movie more than 10 years ago,When I was just 12 years and even that time I remember there was so much excitement amongst the family itself we couldn’t wait to watch and that was the same feeling even during the day of the “musical play” And there are few love stories you can watch for the costumes,Large than life experience and this is one of them.

Salim, an emperor’s son, falls in love with a beautiful courtesan. He is determined to be with her, even if it means waging a hopeless war against his father. The movie a classic, First released in 1960 Starring Dilip Kumar, Madhubala and Prithviraj Kapoor, this epic is known for its direction, music, sets, costumes and also for the lead pair: Madhubala and Dilip Kumar ,The film’s conception began in 1944 but it took many years before the film was actually shot. It went through a series of changes. Firstly, the financier had backed out. Secondly, the cast went through several changes and the cost of production for one song was reportedly more than the entire budget of other films that were made at that time. It finally released in 1960 and is said to have broken all records at the box office.

Mughal-e-Azam became the first full-length feature film colourised for a theatrical re-release; although some Hollywood films had been colourised earlier, they were only available for home media. It was subsequently selected for seven international film festivals. Upon release, the film drew crowds to the cinemas, with an overall occupancy of 90 per cent. Subsequently, it completed a 25-week run.

The movie comprises 12 songs and considered the finest in the history of indian cinema.”Pyar Kiya To Darna Kya” .

For all the Indians in India,Mumbai the “Musical” is coming back this march. please if you get a chance please go and watch it.

Food in India!!

Indian cuisine is so rich in variety with 29 states, each having a different taste of food to offer to tourist That makes it impossible to compare the options we Indians have compared to the world.

With the variety of Dals, the multiple options with Indian bread from naans chappati, parathas ,Rolls ,pizza on an Indian bread to level of Hotness from regular,Medium to really Hot with curries. A level when compared with other global cuisines will fall short With Popular cuisines like the English fish and chips, Italian pizza’s ,Chinese Noodles ,Europeans mostly have Breads as an standard option and Middle East having kebabs, all of these cuisines sum up to be bland and repetitive with the offerings.

No wonder,Travellers across the continent and immigrants who consider themselves to be the in between are either here nor their are mostly considered to Hogg on our cultural rich food from starting their day with the breakfast menu to ending their day with a variety of dishes

Women leaders of the world

1920.jpg

The world is really becoming warmer and warmer due to the global warming taking place globally. And Yet, when we thought the WEST to be more liberal and more understanding towards gender equality,We the people were stunned and stumped to have dealt with the news of Donald Trump being elected as the 45th  president for United States of America.

But,Why is it Women leaders aren’t given the chance to prove themselves? And if they have ever got one opportunity why is it been only from their families? As if politics is like a family business.

The  Asian continent That includes India,Pakistan,Myanmar (Burma)Bangladesh just to name a few have had leaders like;

Gandhi’s ruling  INDIA. Indra Gandhi one of the most successful Prime Minister from India.

Benazair Bhutto  Former Pakistan Prime Minister 1993- 1996 was the daughter of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto  the  9th Prime Minster for Pakistan Serving Term from 1973-1977.

Sheikh Hasina Current Prime Minister for Bangladesh too has a family member being involved with politics her father  Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was the 2nd Prime Minister  for Bangladesh During the period of 1972-1975

Aung San Suu Kyi elected as Prime minister for Burma 199o and currently State Counsellor of Myanmar has had politics in her blood considered the father of  the nation of modern Day Myanmar brought Burma independence from British Rule.

The Point here isn’t about women leaders not given the opportunity to succeed,The question here is why are only women from political background only elected to do the job.Is it because of the understanding they must be having being in a political family?

Or is it People can relate to the family of their daughters and not mind taking the risk.

Also why do we have such few women leaders in the world? Is it because we find women incapable of doing the Job? The thought of being ordered by women ?

Coming back to being an indian and India. Why are we not making more women law for their safety? Do we fear the law being misused or we in the country aren’t really bothered about are citizens.

Why do we forget Women help us grow our economy too. With being shopaholics and unnecessary spending money,They are helping the economy grow more than the ever.

The Women’s Reservation Bill or The Constitution (108th Amendment) Bill, 2008, is a lapsed bill in the Parliament of India which proposed to amend the Constitution of India to reserve 33% of all seats in the Lower house of Parliament of India, the Lok Sabha, and in all state legislative assemblies for women.

following  are some of the statistics of % of members in the parliament globally and around India.Women have a poor 11% representation in India’s Lok Sabha and 10.6% in the Rajya SabhaThe global average of women in parliaments as of November 2013 stood at 21.3%, a slight increase over the numbers in the immediately preceding two years (20.3% and 19.5%). Nepal, ranked at 24, led the pack, followed by China (55) and Pakistan (66).

new-rs-500-2000-notes-650_650x400_61478622987.jpgOn the eve of the presidential election in  America, Narendra modi prime minister of India announced in his speech a statement that many thought was a prank being passed on their messaging app,But as soon as they tuned  on the broadcasting channels they believed the news to be real when he completed his statement “₹500 and ₹1000” notes to be banned and replaced by new ₹500 and ₹2000 notes. But a panic around was already created How?

When?Why?

How nobody knew about this ?

Why -To curb Black money laundering and fake note circulation

When -Effective from today your current ₹500 & ₹1000 are worthless paper.

But,Wait a minute don’t yet make ash from your cash.

Your bank will issue  new currency money for ₹500 & ₹2000 denominations from 10th November 2016.

But don’t forget to deposit your old useless notes between the 10th November and 30th December.

Also to make things comfortable around and ease the people’s tension of  will they be getting notes.

The banks would be open ,for you even on the weekend that’s Saturday and Sunday.

This move by our prime minister has been one of the boldest moves .yet been played by him and his team of minister.

Trivia this was a concept that was implemented by him,But the idea was from a lesser known guy Anil .

And if all prevails it’s time to go cashless.. Paytm karo.

This plan was planned a few months ago a few close groups knew about it too,But the common man and some elitist  were  stunned by the goggly thrown by our PM.
