The Lunchbox was a being very hyped for the last two days since it released .And it’s been quite an interesting year for Indian cinema with movies like Bhaag milkha Bhaag ,ship of Theseus and now the Lunchbox ,so today we go and see the movie sitting on the 3rd row corner seat from the screen spending Rs 330 and I have to say it was all worth it.
The idea was good to have a story on how the wrong lunchbox reaches the guy”Irfan Khan”
And how the story evolves when they start writing “Note” and all these to execute and getting just everything right .
The other character “nawaz siddiqui “got life to the movie The movie could have become monotonous and the change in his daily events back from work also makes the movie interesting.
The movie also showed how the life of dabbawalla in Mumbai is .
On a personal note “The movies gives message on life in Mumbai,relationship ,conflicts amongst the character and how life changes with a mistake “kabhi kabhi galat train be sahi jaga pohchati hai
Sometimes even the wrong train can take you to the right direction

iPhone
Its official , after all those rumours going on for the past few months the iPhone has introduced Colourful iPhone under the 5C.Is it a good decision to introduce iPhone with Colours?
Personally speaking , its a smart decision , seeing it as a business because in the end you want sales, profit and that is what apple is loosing with competition from brands like Samsung and HTC which have been giving tough competition to the brand .
Now that iPhone has been introduced do we see the brand that revolutionised the way a phone should be . Taking inspiration from other brands for surviving in the market .
The brand apple too has the 5S a standard version of the phone thats look so classic ,with the colours white,grey and gold that has a rich feel to it ,that would like to be owned by people and this might be a good strategy to having a phone for a particular segment and the same phone with a few differences for another segment the 5C & 5S.
And also iPhone has become a phone that is owned by every 2nd/3rd person with easy offers on EMI scheme ,it surely has lost its appeal from niche product to a mass product , the phone too must have just lost the WOW! you have an iPhone , to oh ! even you have an iPhone .
If apple’s idea is to rule the phone market ,then its a nice attempt again now they have introduced a phone to cost $99 in the U.S and in India not less than 20,000 so are we also seeing iPhone being unsure of its brand image or is it looking to change its image totally .

A decade ago!!
Decade ago, on this day 9/9 we started a supermarket around 3500 square feet in ground floor in a small city in India,Maharashtra Nashik ,we were the first supermarket even before the big player like reliance ,and big bazaar or more from the birla group who thought to enter the retail category .
and 10 years later we have still have this store in the same place ,basement but today we have quite a few competitors who have been inspired by us in many ways right from looking after the customer to having the choices for consumer and customer .One right above us ,and we are still surviving ,we foodmart have imported stuff like sauces ,cheese and much more non veg being are Usp ,so in these ten years we have known the city ,people and we too have had a lot of activities from companies ,brand and people coming from another part of the city .
at foodmart I have personally enjoyed being the salesman selling and creating awareness on new products,offers and trying hard to make customer spend more than what they have to spend .
These ten years nothing much has changed the two main staff members are still there ,or rather they are the only ones with us .
the cash counter from two have come down to one and the software still remains the same ,the barcode scanner has been replaced with fingers .
These ten years ,I have also enjoyed communicating with so many people ,who we have known by faces and hardly by names .And these years the interest in the food,different cuisine have just grown wider and wider
Today 2013 is a much better place for the city since they are aware about the products available with us .
Pasta has become one of those items that go in mostly every basket ,
fewer complaints on well this wasn’t good .
but ,there a few old customer who take the advantage of being regular or friends for either discounts ,
replacements and crediting bills
These years also made me know quite a few people who were my classmates ,or were in my school would visit the supermarket for things they only found here or just go and check out whats new .
Its been one of those business we have attempted and been most successful even though we been ahead of the times ,learnt quite a few things ,and the experiences have been infinite from people mostly being disappointed and hungry for more .
Also not to forget ,these were the same 10 years where kids would normally spend time watching television and just having fun with there friends
and we would be selling these same kids the things to make them spend more time in front of the idot box and hogg on food
Yes,we hardly watched television ,since we had are cable disconnected ,it was only in the 2007 when ,yes cricket was at its peak again we installed the Satellite service ,and since then too we still couldn’t enjoy television a lot .
So yes I end with us enjoying the business so much ,that we hardly had time for anything and still today we enjoy going to foodmart the supermarket ,which is now are extended family in town.

End of the cricket era …
23 years ago it was a boy who dreamt of winning the CWC and decide to become a cricketer …
And here today he has lived his dream and God of cricket has retired after it has made followers …and from those followers they have become icon and have had their followers .
Well here we are not taking about creating followers but this batsman had made the game so exciting and interesting with having creating milestones and breaking records …
The other here have come to earn money and only money .
The game has become a business rather than a sport
Will have to see will the meaning of sport ,movies,music change after the icon has been lost
It one of those shocking days where the pressure has cooked this little master to force a retirement before the the captain being sacked ,and without any reason .
We know if we don’t perform the power must be taken away but has not be taken away for the captain
We also know time changes and it takes time to Adapt
But why blame the senior for poor performance when the juniors aren’t performing
Will the captain say cricket is our world now.
There would be enjoying themselves.

Dollar Vs rupee
It was today ,afternoon when I received a call regarding a book ,which I was looking for and so I was thrilled it would be available in the next two-three day .Finally ! but what I din’t relaise is the price of the book it turned out to be Rupees 1900 around 30$ ,and this was the time i relaised that the dollar has affect the book to cost rupee 500 more .Its just not the book that has become expensive electronic two have became expensive the excitement for the phone coming from abroad is also killed because its became economical to buy from India .
The complete economy of the country is shaken for a matter of fact ,even few automobiles which are imported from abroad have been costing more Directly/ indirectly to consumer ,This has also made them reconsider there decision to whether they really need to buy a car .This in a way has decline the sales of the automobiles .
The dollar Vs Rupee has also affected travelling a lot, the exchange rate is giving fewer dollar at the current rate moving the budget of a holiday for family ,business .
The travelling is also affecting the tourism in the country in a huge way.
The Education for students abroad has also become expensive as the fees increase, the cost of living. This has also opened the horizon of students either doing courses in the country or applying for courses in other countries where the exchange rate is lower.
The businesses have had opportunity of earning more money through the dollar price increasing and since they pay is in dollar they do get quite benefited.
But at the same time others to facing the heat of order being cancelled, pressure with the rise in dollar .
The fuel too has been costing a lot since its payee in dollar .the dollar-rupee apperception & deprecation has affect crude oil price to rises and this has affected in increase in fuel price the petrol & diesel has been becoming more expensive, the grocery goods have become costlier and the medicine and agriculture goods have become more expensive .
The hotel & restaurants which are multi-cuisine have also been thinking of increasing their rates and imported goods like sauces are costing more.
The rupee-dollar deprivation and appreciation has increased the demands for spices to be exported to other countries

The dollar-rupee has been one of the biggest topic of discussion as the economy has been shaken.
The rupee appears smaller than ever in front of the dollar this gives the exporter a loss since there goods are sold at low rates ,with the same quality and quantity.
So its only the importer who are getting benefited with the increasing dollar in front of the rupee
Its because of the rupee that people are holding onto it and aren’t really spending it .
the near future seems like recession coming in soon with the cost of living increasing
since India festive season are around the corner they are deals on electronic ,apparel, automobile tempting consumer ,customer to spend money and if isn’t helping there are greater EMI offered for costumer.
