Is 16 really sweet for Indians in India ?

Was just browsing online for a thought on 16th birthday and felt that
16 is such a overrated birthday in India ,I mean if you are 16 here nothing changes .you just become a year older ,where as in the west ,16 is celebrated as a landmark birthday because you get your official driving license ,you are off to university and leaving your house to become much more independent ,where as in India you get the driver license at 18,get to vote at 18 and you are still quite dependent and not independent .
So is 16 really a landmark birthday for the Indians in India ? Or is it 18 that counts here .And 16 is considers sweet that it.

The show!!!

So ,I am in my home town today and there is a jewellery show organised to celebrate their first anniversary ,so we leave at 6:30 since the timing were 6-8 mentioned on the invite ,at the venue and just a couple of us ,and the host hasn’t come yet ,we waited ,waited and at 8 pm the show finally started and the anchor was a little off track,the music was managed well and the jewellery couldn’t be seen ,the outfits itself were so heavy ,I guess they got confused between a fashion and jewellery show .also the model were more confident then the host herself .the people in the city really don’t have sense of humour.

The Saturday experience

Today ,we were leaving mumbai for the long weekend …. For home ,so we go towards the domestic airport to meet the driver ,at 9:30 am who would be dropping us home .and just finding the driver near orchid hotel ,finally found him and left for the journey home ,it was towards stellar data recovery that we accidentally met with a two wheeler accident ,and later while going through a narrow lane ,where the bikers met with the accident ,with a bunch of people gather around ,telling us to pay the damage ,being no fault of ours ,after a dispute we settled the matter @a cost of ₹500 ,till we went to collect our Harddrive and got it back soon as we ran back from the office since we felt they were creating an issue again ,just a kilometre later I realised that my black bag was missing which was quite important .
So while we tried to recollect called stellar ,no it wasn’t there and so just trying to solve the mystery and pretty sure the guys must have taken the bags but in no time in disappears and what shocking is I was in the car all the time ,how did it go ?
It’s like all my past in going ,part of it has gone in the last ten twelve days
Hoping there aren’t anymore shocks today.there are still 12hours for the day to end .
And finally the 3 and a half hour journey ends in six hours.

Holi !!!

Holi this year was fun .morning started with oiling to prevent colour strange because we were playing the festival of colour .any way after finishing oiling .we got ready to fill balloons and getting ready to welcome our attacks or guests missed a few targets .wasted some but it was fun .finally we drenched each other with bucket full of water as if this was not enough we started playing with eggs targeting each other .finally after getting tired of playing we went to the beach to clean our self and came back to our well deserved food with phirni and bhang

It’s was about ten months ago ,that I started blogging on the WordPress site .And dint really expect any followers .But today I would like to thank my 50 blogger and blogger who have been following my blog since the first day I had started blogging
