We have heard this over and over again

The inner source of satisfaction and peace one gets after a good meal.Or for that matter A favourite food can just change our mood all together within no time.

But,Then again why do we always ignore or skip meals regularly giving excuses of No-Time .What are you seriously busy doing?If you aren’t able to enjoy food that you work for , through weeks,Hours and months endlessly towards goals that would professionally help you,But are personally killing yourself within since you don’t have the energy to enjoy the success of your hard work. 

The food should be right always and psychologist have recently studied that “Pizza ” is one of the biggest motivator for employees to complete their work.

Now I am sure,That would sum up the argument of how food is a therapeutic healer.Well that’s not all most of the people going through depression feel better after they have chocolates and icecream.

Indian cuisine is so rich in variety with 29 states, each having a different taste of food to offer to tourist That makes it impossible to compare the options we Indians have compared to the world.

With the variety of Dals, the multiple options with Indian bread from naans chappati,parathas ,Rolls ,pizza on an Indian bread to level of Hotness from regular,Medium to really Hot with curries. A level when compared with other global cuisines will fall short With Popular cuisines like the English fish and chips, Italian pizza’s ,Chinese Noodles ,Europeans mostly have Breads as an standard option and Middle East having kebabs, all of these cuisines sum up to be bland and repetitive with the offerings.

No wonder,Travellers across the continent and immigrants who consider themselves to be the in between are either here nor their are mostly considered to Hogg on our cultural rich food from starting their day with the breakfast menu to ending their day with a variety of dishes
